Is Gatherly free?
Sì. Il piano Base è gratuito e permette un evento attivo con un massimo di 30 invitati, con conferme di presenza, allergie e note, inviti digitali e tutte le 11 tipologie di evento. La raccolta foto dagli ospiti è inclusa dal piano Pro.
Do guests need to install an app or sign up?
No. They get a link or a QR code, confirm their attendance in a few taps and upload photos without creating any account. Only the organiser needs an account.
Can guests save the date and get directions from the invite?
Yes. Every invitation has a button to add the event date to your calendar and one to open driving directions to the venue directly in Google Maps.
How does guest photo collection work?
You turn uploads on for the event and every guest can add their shots to a shared, organised gallery. You always stay in control of the content. The feature comes with the Pro and Business plans.
What kinds of event can I manage?
Eleven, each with a dedicated template: wedding, baptism, first communion, confirmation, birthday, 18th birthday, anniversary, party, business event, meeting and generic event. Where it matters we collect allergies and intolerances, elsewhere notes and specific details.
Can I export the guest list?
Yes. You download the guest and attendance list as a CSV or ZIP file, ready to hand to the caterer, the restaurant or whoever is running the event.
What devices does it work on?
In your browser at gatherly.renma.it and with the iPhone and Android apps. The data is the same everywhere: what you enter in the app you find on the web, and the other way round.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes. Billing is monthly and there is no commitment: you can cancel at any time. Payments are handled by Stripe.
